You may wonder what makes Woody's different then all the other franchise opportunities. Well for starters we believe that our start up costs are lower than others in our industry and we know that you will enjoy being a part of the Woody's team.
Woody's Jump n Play's management and staff will assist you with everything from start to finish. We will assist your licensed real estate agent with finding a location after reviewing of the demographics, trade area maps, and site economics. After the site has been identified, our team will provide guidance and feedback with the letter of intent and lease negotiation. After your space has been secured, our team will guide and assist you with build-out and set-up. It will include; working with real estate agent to ensure only necessary build-out, modifying when necessary your architects drawings of the site specific plans, assist with the selection and reviewing of general contractor's bids and plans, and a list of vendors will be given for signage, all equipment and carpet needed.
As a franchise owner and operator, you will receive training on and off site. Which will include POS operation, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training your staff, walk-ins and party check-in procedures, opening and closing procedures, accounting procedures, developing a marketing plan, customer service skills, scheduling and hosting a birthday party, and the scheduling of your employees shifts.
Franchisees will receive an operation manual that includes rules and policies with ongoing support as needed on day to day operations. From beginning to end WE ARE THERE! We vow to be a strong support staff to you and will ensure that you and your entire staff are properly trained and have various resources available to you.
The initial start up fee is $15,000 per store.
